This week marks the 23rd anniversary of the murder of 12-year-old Palestinian Muhammad al-Durrah in Gaza by Israeli snipers who targeted Muhammad and his father Jamal, cowering in terror behind a cement block for 30 minutes under a hailstorm of bullets.
